I have been a facilitator in one shape or another for the past 30+ years, helping individuals, teams, and organizations realize their full potential and scale their impact. I understand the culture of an early stage startup as well as a large scale organization, and have been a trusted advisor to dozens of organizations as they pursue their vision & mission. To no surprise, the most common path to success that I have seen is through an aligned organization with enlightened leaders and a people first culture and strategy.
I currently spend the majority of my time as Chief Business Officer at LabCentral, a shared lab and co-working space within the life sciences/biotech industry in Cambridge, MA. Outside of LabCentral I am a Partner at Somersault Innovation, an Advisor at the corporate venture studio Portfolio T, an Executive-in-Residence at GIANT Innovation, and Deliberate Innovator with Deliberate Innovation.
Prior to my current engagements I was Chief Business Officer at Newlab (2019-2020) in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, President of MassChallenge from 2014-2019, where I led an aggressive global expansion initiative, building the global community to over 1500 high impact startup companies over 5 program locations. In addition, I honed my collaborative design and facilitation skills at Collective Next, a design firm based in Boston.
